Welcome to Hickory Lane Studio! By accessing shophickorylane.com or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Products

Hickory Lane Studio offers embroidered apparel, personalized baby gifts, accessories, and other customized merchandise.

Product photographs, descriptions, colors, and measurements are provided as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, fabric characteristics, and the handmade nature of our products.

2. Personalized & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are made to order and personalized according to your selections.

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, initials, spelling, fonts, thread colors, sizes, and other customization details before completing checkout.

We may contact you if personalization instructions are unclear or incomplete. This may affect processing times.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Payment is required when an order is placed.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or personalization requests we cannot fulfill. If payment has been collected for a canceled order, we will issue an appropriate refund.

4. Processing & Shipping

Our standard processing time is 5–10 business days before shipping or local pickup, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping transit times are additional and are not guaranteed.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Because many products are personalized or made to order, returns and cancellations are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us promptly so we can review and resolve the issue.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

6. Product Care & Safety

Customers should follow all product-specific care instructions and safety warnings.

Baby and children's products must be used according to their intended purpose and any applicable age, supervision, and safety guidance.

Do not use products that are damaged or show signs of excessive wear.

7. Intellectual Property

The Hickory Lane Studio name, original photographs, product descriptions, website content, and original designs are owned by Hickory Lane Studio or used with appropriate permission.

You may not reproduce or commercially use our original content without authorization.

Customers submitting custom artwork or designs confirm they have the necessary rights or permission for the requested use. We may decline requests that raise intellectual property concerns.

8. Website Availability

We strive to keep our website accurate and available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every technical error will be immediately corrected.

We may update product offerings, prices, descriptions, and website content as needed. Changes will not retroactively alter accepted orders without an appropriate resolution.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hickory Lane Studio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from website interruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for defective products where applicable.
