Processing Times

All items are stitched to order. Please allow minimum 1–2 weeks (5–10 business days) for processing before your order ships or becomes available for local pickup.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. During busy seasons, turnaround times may vary. We'll communicate any significant delays.

Shipping Rates

• Flat-rate shipping: $8 per order

• Free shipping: Orders of $100 or more

Shipping rates apply to eligible U.S. orders. Shipping transit times are additional to our processing time and depend on the carrier and destination.

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup for customers in our area.

Select Local Pickup at checkout. Once your order is ready, we'll contact you with pickup instructions and the location details.
